I moved to Denver in May, and for about 1 month before and 2 months after I was trying to get a job with my resume which is pretty good for being 21, 2yrs exp as a consultant, CCNA, MCP A+ experience in almost anything MS related (Dont hate me, I have to feed my daughter somehow :))
I also had documented my exp with Linux, but it still was not working.
One change to my resume , which was "Experiance with MySQL/Apache" got my an awesome job with an Unbelievablely cool boss. Not the best pay, but even people who make 90k a year are always broke and ***** about pay, so ignore poeple complaining about pay.
Moral:
Often times it's one small thing that makes the difference.

heh, i was just wondering if that wasn't the problem why you didn't got a job sooner :p :p
but just because you got some mysql&apache knowledge, you had a job? are ppl which know something of apache&mysql so difficult to find?
