A friend of mine gave me one of these HP-UX workstations. All I know about it is the following: It's from 1991, it has 64mb of ram, a motorola proc of some type, a 1gb scsi harddrive (looks like fast/se or somthing by the connectors), a bnc connector for lan, 1 parallel, 2 serial ports, and a weird little connector that looks like an rj-45 (but another friend assured me it isn't). There's no keyboard/mouse ports that I can recognize, and no kb was supplied. The machine posts, and then says somthing to the effect of "selecting system to boot, press escape to abort". Since I have no keyboard, I can't explore farther. Does anyone have any ideas on where I could go to get some info on this thing, or where I could appropriate a keyboard and/or an operating system for it to boot?

IIRC, that funky RJ-45 looking jack is the keyboard connector. You might have some luck on e-bay finding a keyboard, I doubt they're sold through retail anymore.

That would be the HIL port for the keyboard. There's a similar port on the back of the keyboard where the mouse connects. The best place to get HIL keyboard/mouse combos is on ebay...
