Okay, having some probs with sup in nbsd.
Here is the deal:
I have copied a nice suitable sup file from /usr/share/examples/supfiles to /etc/supfiles/coll.list
but when i try to run sup i get something like this:
# sup -s -v
SUP 8.26 (4.3 BSD) for system software at <current date&time>
SUP: Can't find my host entry
What sup (pun intended) with this?
What am I doing wrong, or what have i missed? :P
Thanks.

Show us your supfile. What version are you running? Tracking which version? Your error tells me there was a syntax error in your supfile.

Okay here is the supfile I've copied from the examples dir (note that i haven't edited it at all, as you probably should)

I am using NetBSD version 1.4.1 (yeah i know it's abit old, but that was what i had at home for the moment)
Hope this helps on solving my problem, thanks :P

1) Run the command hostname
2) Add an alias to your fully qualified hostname like so to your /etc/hosts:
123.45.67.89 tidilipom.yourdomain.com tidilipom
