I'm just wondering when XFree86 will have true DRI 3D Acceleration in any of the BSDs. I know that BSD is meant more for servers, but it sure would be nice to be able to play a game here or there. This pretty much kills any hope of having Tribes2 or Quake3 on BSD for me :(. Is DRI planned for BSD in the future or am I stuck with using Linux if I want to use my GeForce2 MX to the max?
(There isn't already a way to get DRI in BSD is there? More specific, using the nVidia Linux video drivers?)
