I'm starting with a brand-new 40gig drive on hdb. I get "Missing Operating System" after I use the install floppy then reboot. THe thing that's wierd is that it actually grabs the bootloader after it reboots, but while it's trying to start the system it just craps out and says, "Missing Operating System."
