Need *nix rescue CD/Floppy

I need some kind of bootable utility CD or floppy that can do the following:

mount and format: reiserfs, ufs and possibly ext2

I need to move a large qty of data from a UFS partition to another disk, that I will format as reiserFS.

Any ideas?
