I just returned from the Dominican Republic so it has been a while since I posted and touched a computer of any kind (btw, women consider American tech geeks "exotic" in Santo Domingo. Hotel room with a fan and toilet costs $15 a night)

Anyway I installed FreeBSD 4.0 just before I left and when I returned I tried to get online with it but I remembered that netscape was not properly installed and for some reason Links does not work either. I have the I cant remember how to mount the cdrom and how to add the Netscape port. I am very rusty, even a keyboard feels strange.

You can either do /stand/sysinstall, then select "Post-Install Configuration" and "packages", which will install from the CD, or you can find the port in /usr/ports/www, cd to the proper directory and type "make install". Either way, you'll need to su to root.
