WindowMaker by default

OK I now want to not start gnome when I run startx and start just WindowMaker instead.

When I run startx now I get that green and grey window manager I think twm. So what do I have to edit to get WindowMaker to launch instead.

I have tried adding a wmaker line to my ~/.session and ~/.profile but so far no dice.

edit your xinitrc file to include exec wmaker instead of exec gnome-session. Run wmaker.inst and startx.
