Is there a way to start a program in a given virtual desktop by way of some command line switch? I like to run gkrellm in each desktop but if I start up four, they all show up in the first desktop.

Some wm's have an option to make a window "sticky" so that it shows up in every desktop. Molecule Man 03-22-2001, 11:48 PM GNOME/Sawfish I know how to make something sticky, and I have the option set in gkrellm to remember its position, but it doesn't seem to work when I launch it at startup justlinux.com
