Scrolling w/ mouse?

I know there are a 1000 posts about fixing scrolling mouses, but I have a question anyways :) I have a cheap, no name-brand mouse w/wheel. Its made by KYE systems and is simply called "Internet mouse" It seems to work fine except for the scroll button doesnt work, and sometimes it'll get stuck as a timeclock instead of pointer. I run Mandrake 7.2 and use GNOME as GUI. What can I do to fix this?

Since nobody has replied, all I can suggest is looking up the closest configuration for your mouse here (http://www.xfree86.org/current/mouse.html) to update the Pointer Section in XF86Config.
