I have a LM 8.0 setup currently running. When I did the original setup I left out all but the blackbox window manager. This was done because I had a flaky video card, and decided that the CLI is all I needed.

Well needless to say I now have an extra Geforce2 MX that is going in my LM box, and I would like to get either gnome, or KDE installed.

I looked at my instalataion cd and there are a ton of KDE rpms. I have no idea what I need to install or what the easiest route is?

The only ones you NEED to install are the kdelibs and kdebase packages. Everything else is optional. And just so you know, all those kde-i18* packages are foreign language support, so unless you want something other than english, you don't need to worry about them. The rest are fairly obvious (kdegames, koiffice, etc.)
