KDE2 theme killing KDE :\

OK, so when I'm going through different themes trying to get rid of the black and white thinger, I pick a "qt something something" theme, and it dies on me...so now when I open 99% of programs for kde, it flashes and then dies.

Well, when I start KDE, I see the splash, and the thinger with the wizard really quick then dies...


At least it's in color for the short time it's open now.

Sounds as if some of the KDE startup files are possibly corrupted. Which ones, I do not know.

I've seen some posts here the last couple of days that are similar and have suggestions as to what files that may need to be replaced/fixed. Have a look for them...
