getting the gnome toolbar transparent

Does anyone know how to make the gnome toolbar transparent.
I saw a screen shot from cheeky_zombie and he had the gnome toolbar transparent and it looked awesome.

Mine's not transparent - Which screenshot was it? Fluxbox or Gnome? With fluxbox I just set the gnome panel colour to black like my desktop background. If it's Gnome, the panel just has an image that makes it look transparent. It's a theme that is posted here (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=7&t=002448) by debiandude. Five posts down on that thread, debian dude posted a tarball of his theme. HTH :D
