IceWM help needed

I have been playing around with IceWM.

The only thing I haven't been able to customize is the "start" button.

I know it can be done.

Can anyone give me a clue? I have totally customized everything else.

As a die hard Blackbox user I'm finding IceWM a nice choice for a workstation. It is fast and easily configured much like Blackbox.

I'm affraid you can't.
You probably saw customized buttons, since you say 'I know it can be done'. It COULD be done, in previous versions. I've tried tons of things but with the latest version(s?) I think it isn't possible anymore :(

It can be done.
find the theme directory
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icewm/themes/<theme_name>/taskbar/linux.xpm

^^^that is the image you have to change

That works.

I use the ~/.icewm config method but the files are the same.

I don't know how I missed it the first time.

I know of that option (already made icewm themes etc) but that doesn't help me out.
Anyway, I'll need to get it to compile first, so for me there's no hurry anymore :)
