Hey,
Okay, this is what I want to do. I want to make part of my gtk apps transparent. Like if anyone has used Sylpheed, I want to make the frames where it displays folders, emails, and the preview plane transparent. Is there a theme that will do this for me? Of if not, how I can edit a gtkrc file to achieve this? Right now I am using the OilyIce theme with the ThinIce engine if that will help.
Is there a way to achieve transparency in Opera, well in qt apps in general?
Thanks
SC
Edit: Okay, I've put a shot of my Sylpheed at http://www.u.arizona.edu/~scanez/sylpheed.jpg
Okay, now I want to do one of two things: 1. Make the frame with the folders, list of emails, and email itself all transparent, OR 2. make the frame with the folders and list of emails have the same background as the frame with the email itself. How can I do either one of these by editing a gtkrc file?
