Sloppy mouse pointer in iceWM

Lazy question - but is this possible and how do you do it ? ( ie I want the focus to remain on the window the mouse was last over) - easy in E.

In your "preferences" file for icewm, make sure it has:

ClickToFocus=0
RaiseOnFocus=0
