When trying to go to a website the page does not load but the html source code does. The website has frames so I look at the code and the source for the "main" frame is /docs/main.shtml but when i try to go there it pulls up an all white page with the words Error processing SSI file /docs/index.shtml. I can view the site when I'm in windows please any help what package am I missing OR is it a netscape plugin i am missing?
Thanks in advance,

It's most likely a problem on the server-side, not client-side. You might want to report it to the webmaster@domain.com so that they can fix it accordingly, but if this is your web page, you might want to look at your httpd.conf and add/un-comment the lines that addtype for your parsed html files (shtml)
This is the best explanation I can come up with, I'm sure others will have better though

That is what I thought at first (and no this isn't my website) but I can get to the website just fine when in windows so i'm assuming their server is already setup to use shtml files.. I'm thinking it has to be a netscape plugin or a package that isn't installed...

I suppose you could clear your cache and reload the website (Shift + Reload) and see if it still comes up that way.
Other than that I'm freakin' clueless and I suppose I'll have to let the experts answer this one
