Program in all 4 kde windows

Last night kicq froze up, so i did a kill that didn't work and then a kill -9 and got it shut down. Tonight while running it I find it is only listed as running once, but it is open in all 4 windows fo kde.

Has anyone else had this happen or have a solution? I am running slack 7.1.

you sure it is running in all 4 kde windows or is it just non-sticky so it is moving with you to all the desktops?
