Is there any windows manager more compatible or best suited to Gnome KDE or it doesn't matter? Does Gnome contains its own Windows manager?
Thanks for any tip, advise or opinion

it's really personnal opinion.
if you like the way that a DM or WM works, then use it. if you like the way it looks, then use it.
i personaly use blackbox... i find it so much easier to use and much more configurable

KDE has its own WM, Gnome doesn't. There are a bunch of WM's that are compatible with Gnome, but Gnome+Sawfish seems to work real well. I haven't used Gnome in a while, but if I was to go back to it I'd probably pair it with Sawfish since its lightweight and configurable and compliments Gnome's slight bloat fairly well.
When all is said and done though its all personal preference as optech already mentioned. Personally, I like Enlightenment, but to each his own.

If you have the resources, Enlightenment! :)
