I am still trying to completely migrate away from Windoze. My OMI works to display movies, XMMS MP3 works, I can even write CD's on my Iomega USB CDRW (cdrdao)!! BUT, I can't find a program that lets me plan driving routes or even look at the databases of maps included with things like Windoze Streets and Trips. I have found many applications that let me scan in my own, but, I am lazy and don't have time to scan in hundreds of pages of maps, then write them back to CD.

I do use my laptop on the road and need this capability.

Any help??

PS: My system is Linux 2.4.2 with ICEWM and XFree4.*

I have used wine for some programs, but, I have always considered that kind of a copout. BUTTTTT, if no one has this kind of code I guess I will have to bow under the pressure.

Thanks
