I have a Realtek compatible Network card.
I got it going in 7.1 (but I really don't remember how). Could anybody help me in getting this thing going? I really need to download drivers!!
RH 7.2 should support Realtek cards right out of the box; you shouldn't have to download.
You should be able to select the correct rtl8xxx.o module for your particular model of NIC from a list of modules in Redhat's network config utility.

Where can I configure it? Is there a utility or file? And how?

I would suggest you do the configuration manually though I don't know what config files Redhat uses.
So.... I will suggest you use linuxconf (installable from the (I think) second Redhat cd).
Redhat must have online documentation on this I would think.

Aarh! I installed linuxconf, and it says it can't bash:linuxconf:command not found, or some such thing. It even says (when I point to the folder) that my access is denied! I was under root when I did this. I typed "su"in the console.
What do I do? I can't access linuxconf.

if you just do su you do not require the paths of root just the permissions of root, try su -
but also if you are running X then install gnome-linuxconf.rpm which will elevate finding the module for the network card in linuxconf.
NB
Nathaniel brings up a good point about the difference between "su" and "su -". Do "man su" for more on that.
Unfortunately (or fortunately), I haven't upgraded my RH to 7.x. I believe that they no longer use (and don't even install) linuxconf/netconf by default in 7.2, and I'm not sure what configuration tool they use instead, but this blurb (http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-7.1-Manual/custom-guide/linuxconf.html) on their support site seems to indicate that they still use linuxconf in 7.1.
I've read other posts which refer to using netconfig, but I haven't used it myself, so I'll #include <disclaimer.h>.

Thanks! I'll try that out. Anybody else got some suggestions?

Umm. I installed gnome-linux.rpm (finally) and it still won't startup. :(
did you mean gnome-linuxconf.rpm ??? What errors did you get, if any. Or, if you haven't done so already, use the regular linuxconf-XXX.rpm, then make sure you `su -` and try `linuxconf --mono` from a terminal.

Have you tried the Hardware Browser in System Settings in Nautilus? Click the Start Here icon to start Nautilus.
Hope that will help you.

You can't 'SU' to use linuxconfig on a redhat 7.2 system....You have to be root to use it.....Don't ask me why. I have a redhat 7.2 machine and a Mandrake 8.1 machine and they are like two totally different operating systems.

What did you do?
I have a similar NIC (RealTek 3189) and installing it into my RedHat 7.1 was really easy. I inserted into a slot and booted up Linux. kuduz found it and fired up Linux conf automatically!

I've got RedHat 7.1 right now, but when I installed it I had this problem: RedHat installed my network card but didn't set up networking for me. Try running setup at the command prompt. It's a general program that just runs other setup programs. Select Setup Networking or something like that and answer questions. That worked for me. Good luck!
