Does anyone know if linux mandrake 8.0 supports the S3 Graphics Inc. Savage MX...

if not how do i set up my laptop, with the correct drivers....

Mandrake 8 uses X version 4.0.? I believe, so the first place I would check would be www.xfree86.org (http://www.xfree86.org) and look to see if your video card is support and by which versions of X.
