Hi I'm running Linux Mandrake 7.2. I have a CMI8738 sound card. mandrake will detect the device but won't play any higher quality sound files. It will only play low-quality (<2205 sample) mono mp3 and wav files. Is it a driver problem (where can I get and how do I install new ones?) or just some weird compatability problem? help a newbie!! :p
