Tape Drive

I am thinking of buying a tape back-up for a linux box that I have set up as a DB server and webserver. I have no idea what kind to buy etc. I'm not looking for something top of the line or anything. I am running a p3 450 with 512 MB of ram and MDK 7.2.

Can someone recommend one to me please?

just make sure it is SCSI..... see if its DAT-3 or DAT-4 etc.... the difference being the type of tapes that it can take and so in turn how much data you can put on each tape.
