Hey, i got Redhat 7.2 and I want to know if there is a device manager similar in function to the one WIndows uses.

Not exactly the same.
Redhat should have gui tools available to setup/configure/view devices. Check the Redhat documentation.
cat /proc/ioports
cat /proc/interrupts
cat /proc/pci
will give you some info on devices.
