Keyboard problems

Hi, I'm a new RedHat 7.1 user (just 2 weeks on the road :) and I have aMS Internet Keyboard Pro (using a USB connection). My INTERROGATION KEY (the same "/") doesn work here. Even if I use ANY keyboard configuration (spanish, portuguese, english...) this key doesn't work for me (nothing happens if I press this)

Sorry as I wouldn't know what to suggest. Is it just one key that isn't working correctly? Nothing happens at all when pressed?
www.xfree86.org (http://www.xfree86.org) may have a section on keyboards etc.

Gnome or KDE? Either one should have configuration utilities for keymappings if that is the problem. Start with XFree first though.

Even when I'm installing RedHat 7.1 this key doesn't work (I press then but nothing happens. Like if this key doesn't even exist). Gnome, KDE, prompt, everywhere this key (EXCLAMATION + "/") doesn't work here :(
