Hi,

I have a Celeron 400 mhz cpu. When trying to learn about overclocking my chip, I noticed that my BIOS does not have an option to change multipler or FSB settings. However, there is an option called CPU speed ratio that is currently set to 400 mhz and can do as high as 533 mhz. Does anyone know what this option does? Can it be used in overclocking?

Thanks
SC

sounds like a fsb setting to me

100mhz x 4 = 400 mhz
133mhz x 4 = 533 mhz

perhaps

Yea...a FSB setting would be my guess as well.
