Hi Guys...I installed Lindows on my HP Omnibook 6100. Everything worked except my Linksys 802.1b Wireless card. I downloaded what I thought was the driver from their site and I have to clue how to install it.

Please help, the OS looks AWESOME!!!

You need to rebuild your kernel. It's a big step for most newbies, but it's something you must do.

I believe that the Linksys card is supported under the Hermes module.

Once you figure out how to rebuild your kernel(there are plenty of HOWTOs online for this) The options would be under

Network device support -> Wireless LAN -> HERMES chipset 802.11b

Have you checked around the Lindows site to see if they have any documentation on installing those drivers?

What type of file did you download? tar.gz?

Have you extracted the files from the tar.gz as there should be a readme/install doc to help.
