boy this sounds dumb....how do you change the mouse speed in RH7/Gnome/WindowMaker? I've already tried linuxconf and wmakerconf, might have missed something http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif

In your Gnome menu, look under Settings > Peripherals > Mouse. You can set your acceleration there.

I'm still dumb...how do I call the Gnome config? Are you talking about that Gnome Control Center shiz? I think I might have deleted the icon for it in attempts to clean up my desktop.

I don't have any icons on my desktop (don't like 'em). On your panel, there should be a Gnome "Foot Print" that brings up your main menu, kinda like the Start button in Window$. Either follow the path above or go into Contol Center (which is also under Settings) and has a section for Peripherals.
