I just installed the correct drivers for my video card, everything seems faster nad nicer but i have a problem:
First the display was "dancing" and, as everyone knows, its a HSync or VSyn problem with the video... Im new to linux so i decided to bring a coffe to the computer and start looking how can i change that, yeah, i remeber well, it was a rainy day (today :p ), and i found that with xvidtune i could modify this settings, i just adjust the Hz and everything worked smoothly... i was so happy that went out to my garden and feed my penguine, but... that very day, when the sun falled and i rebooted the computer, once again, after all my past efforts, the display started to "dance" again, so i supoused xvidtune doesnt save the changes you made (Im still thinking what does Fetch meens... english isnt my home language :( )... So i tryed to edit "/etc/X11/XFee86Config" (I know, is mispelled, but i dont remember whats exactly the filename), i edited the monitor mode settings to put the values that worked when used xvidtune... but once again when reboot the "dancing" display comes to give my more headaches...
any help will be welcomed! :)
Thank you
