Have an IBM Etherjet ISA NIC in my Red Hat 6.2 Pentium 75 machine, and I'll be blowed if I can find a driver for it. Tried NE2000 (and why the hell not) but no good. Can anyone point me to an appropriate driver?

Are you sure it is not a conflict stopping the driver from loading?

ISA nics should come with a driver/install disk where you should find a dos utility you can use to change the IRQ and IO address.

Check what resources are free on your system.

cat /proc/ioports
cat /proc/xxxxx

I cannot remember what they should be, so maybe search around a couple of forums here to find out.
