Setting up Printer on Slack7

I'm trying to set up a printer (Epson Stylus Color 400) on Slack7 but I don't know where to start. Can any one show me the way?

assuming you installed apsfilter (in AP series) when you installed slack...

as root:
:~$ cd /usr/lib/apsfilter
:~$ ./SETUP
