Lexmark x83, Need help with Mandrake 8.1

I am the proud owner of a Lexmark x83 4-in-1 printer. I have one problem, My Mandrake 8.1 won't recognize it.

I've already done my homework on this and used up all that information. As I am new to Linux I am befuddled at what to do next.

Any help would be greatly appriciated!
