I'm bored with looking for a new background for my desktop so instead, here's a screenshot from my Palm Centro phone.
This is Linux related in the fact that Palm is currently porting their OS to Linux, and it should be out by the end of this year.

I prefer a fairly clean and open desktop. I use a picture I took of the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio looking west from the observation deck at Wallbridge park. From this image, one would never know that the picture is taken from within a city the size of Toledo.
I use Mandriva Linux 2008.1 with the KDE 3.5.9 DeskTop Environment. Near the lower right is the Furius Weather Superkaramba theme.

Unfortinuately not, I'm using a shared hosting plan from www.godaddy.com at the moment. As soon as I get my own place and a server I'm going to start hosting it myself though.

After having fiddled around with GNOME for about 6 years now, I finally decided to make the switch to KDE.
Man, this is b-e-a-uuuuuuuu-tiful.

You're welcome.
I stumbled upon it a couple of years back, while trying to set up the banner tool on one of my machines.

Awesome 3.0 is a tiling window manager. Similiar to dwm, ion3, xmonad.
