hi gang, I'm back with more tales of excitement to bore you all with regarding my recent installation of Slax 6 on a 2GB Kingston Traveller USB flash-drive.
Some of you may recall this recent thread, which is here (http://justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=151156).
Now I want to say that KDE is not my favorite desktop environment; I have always prefered Gnome and Fluxbox or Xfce window-managers.
My Slax USB installation works well and I can run the default session or even a nice 'toram' session. But its KDE.
I built a module for Xfce and it loads fine and everything. I also ran xwmconfig as root and selected Xfce. However, when I log out and start a new session, as root or as a regular user, it doesn't seem to offer me 'Xfce' as an option!
Now guys, its been I while since I've used Slackware, so maybe(most probably) its something I've done wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
