doxygen warnings

I keep getting a bunch of warnings like this:
Warning: member create_sb: ignoring the detailed description found here, since another one was found at line -1 of file (null)!
I have no idea why I am getting these.

I Only have brief comments(no tags before them)

Its also not doing this to all of my function even though their identical.

Anyone ever run into this before?

Anyone have any tips on debugging doxygen? I cant make any sense of this...

I was using \note in my source file, with the descriptions in the header. This confuses doxygen for some reason.

How hella lame is that...

go figure, it's like some windows ini files you can only use scite to edit them or they break for some reason....
