AAA protocol - opendiameter help

Hi all.
Other than the installation steps for installing opendiameter there's a huge lack of info on how to actually start working on it and of the questions about it that i've read across some forums there are little replies.

Can anyone please contribute to some basic guidelines of what do while beginning testing it's features, some problems they runned over or topics we should take care about when modifying the aaasampleclient and aaasampleserver code (code samples of exemple network scenarios),..
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply.
The mailarchive seems quite complete, thanks, was searching for a long time but never got there googling.
Although it would be better if a basic guideline for starters existed the link will come really in handy.
