Reinstalling GRUB

Hello,
Due to the last Windows problem I reinstalled it atop itself, but, as a consequence, GRUB was lost, so, when the PC starts, I haven't got the option to choose between Linux (Ubuntu 5.10) and Windows 98 SE any longer, but it starts Windows only.
What shall I do in order to install GRUB again ? (Linux is there, on a second hard drive).
