SpyWare Question

Does anyone know where i can get a good, dependable, free software to can my computer for Spyware.


I've been using SpyDoctor, Norton, and Adware. but they seems not to be working.

Some problems i have are:

internet explorer opens but doesnt show.
Norton doesnt scan/find all viruses or spyware it says it has.
Nor does Adware

This is a Linux forum, dude. Those sound like MS apps.
My advice is to nuke your hard drive and install Linux. All your Virus/Spyware problem will be solved.

I would start here and read up on different distros, you'll find many links to sites you can download Linux iso images from.

Some distros to look for would be, Ubuntu, Mepis, Suse, Debian.

I my self like Debian and Gentoo but if you ask a hundred people you may get a hundred diff. answers as to what they like.
