HDCP (http://www.digital-cp.com/home) another load of crap, you have to buy new hardware that will allow the full definition to be seen, new TV/monitor, new Media Center PC, new video disk player. Not even the Xbox 360 has HDCP outputs.
You get around 30% of the resolution you paid for if one little link in the chain is missing.
