I have a Windows NT Domain (although I try to use linux). I wanted to know how I can find out the LDAP server so that I can try to authenticate myself there from my Linux box.
Is there any way I can find out the LDAP server there (without the obvious approach of going around asking)

the ldap server is most likely on the master domain controller, but is replicated to any other server playing the role of a slave domain controller

I have a Windows NT Domain If you have, in fact a Windows NT Domain, I'm assuming you mean NT4. If you are using NT4 as your domain controller, LDAP (MS calls it Active Directory) is not even in the mix. If you're really referring to Windows 2000 or 2003 server, then, Active Directory (LDAP) may be part of the equation.
