Internet/ethernet?

I have just installed Red Hat 7.2 server, but when I start up in the booting sequence when it gets to eth0 and eth1 it says "Failed, Delaying eth0 initialization" and "Failed, Delaying eth1 initialization". Does this mean that the NIC card is no good?

Not necessarily "no good" just not configured properly. Also, you're using a pretty old version of Redhat, you might want to consider a later version, that might recognize your NIC.
