I just got my new Razer Diamondback and it's awesome so far. I'll even ignore the fact that it's not wireless because I like it so much. However, the thing is a lot more sensitive than any other mouse that I've ever had and I can't find a decent way to slow it down. I've tried messing with my xorg configuration, but apparently this is not one of those mice that responds to the "Option" "Resolution" line in xorg.conf because it has no effect whatsoever. xset is also of no use because I have no problem with acceleration, just the sensitivity. I did find a kernel hack here (http://www.ftconsult.com/twiki/bin/view/Cinelerra/ImprovingPerformance#REDUCING_USB_MOUSE_SENSITIVIT Y) that would probably do what I want, but I'd prefer to avoid that if possible if for no other reason than the fact that it would make my computer unusable with any other mouse barring a kernel recompile (which seems rather silly TBH). Thoughts?
