I 'm trying to set up Keyboard shortcuts, and this is a very important one. K Pager, which allows me to drag windows between workspaces, caputures one of my favorite features of Gnome, but it's clumsy and in the way if I can't toggle it on and off with the keyboard. I set ctrl-alt-p as the k pager short cut. However, for some reason, the Kpager window doesan't respond to the "close Window" shortcut, which is ctrl-alt-period.
I've discovered that I love keyboard shortcuts, and KDE has more shortcuts than Gnome. If I can solve this problem, it might be worth making the switch-- and damn it, there's ALWAYS a solution to these problems with Linux.
Every other application window that I have tried closes with that shortcut. I'm flummoxed.
Is there a way I can close the KPager window from the keyboard?
