You'll see:

I work for a small cell phone company and recently the "main" PC had a problem with a software so we send it to our "technical support" and then they return it back to us but the problem was still there, so, we proceed to returning back to the "techical support" and this time, the fix the problem. However, they installed the LogMeIn (https://secure.logmein.com/go.asp?page=home) program on the PC and, as a matter of fact, I DON'T LIKE TO BE MONITORED WHILE I AM DOING MY JOB, I mean, we already have NSA for that, right?

So, is there anyway to "breakdown" this program?

This program connect a "server" with a "client":

+--------+ +--------+
| SERVER |<---| CLIENT |
+--------+ +--------+
My PC Their PC
How can I revert the conection so I can spy them?

I cannot LEGALLY uninstall this program so what can I do? :(

P.S.
IT'S ALL ABOUT FREEDOM!!! :(

i think its more so they can fix the machine without you having to send it to them, not them spying on you and they kinda have the last word in this, so you may be stuck with it, if you have access to the firewall just block whatever port the application uses, but i would just leave it alone rather than being fired

remember freedom is the problem of the person who owns the business, since that isnt you, you have no freedom there, dont like it you lose your job, just a lil tip never piss off admins

Rule of the work place, while working the company has all the right to 'watch' what their employees do since with the internet there is a lot of really bad things they can do. They are legally allowed to do what they want to their company computer, any attempt to circumvent their machines are grounds for termination.

Read up in the company handbook and internet/computer policies before altering anything. Once they start following you home you need to really kick in the paranoid gene and find a new job
