Good Afternoon,
I'm having quite a problem getting a file server set up. I've installed an Adaptec 2410SA serial ata raid controller and am trying to get CentOS 4.0 to recognize drivers from the floppy disk.
I've tried the included drivers on the cd (you boot a system and it creates them for you - it only lists RHEL 2 & 3) and also downloaded the drivers from Adaptec's website for RHEL 4. Every time I run linux dd and tell it to look on the floppy disk it can't find what it's looking for. I've also updated the firmware on the raid controller.
Is it possible that it's because CentOS isn't 100% RHEL?
