After reading a pretty decent article in Reader's Digest about men and their emotions, I was inspired to post my feelings about this community.

The community outreach on here is exemplary. At almost any hour of the day, be it early am or on a major holiday, there is always someone around who's more than willing to help. Even when my lazy side shows on the board and I get a string of IM's saying, 'RTFM.' Even that is help in its own form. It's saying, 'Daniel, you fcktard, research your issues like a good geek should.'

I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to everyone I've spoken to on either this board or the irc channel. I can't believe it's been two years since I've registered on here. Only a great community can keep me at one place for so long a time.

Regards,

frimann

just cange the name of the post or it will pobably be banned by a moderator (there is a sticky at the top of each forum with posting guidelies)

"Alright guys - The community outreach on here is explementary"

Would be i think proper?
The post name must explain the problem or what it is about.

Well, the thread specific titles are being asked for to make searching the forums easier when looking for technical support. When somebody has a question on how to install a HP printer and picks the title "All skies are blue", this wouldn't really help anybody.

However, I assume this kind of thread isn't being searched for a lot, so I'll refrain from locking it. In case hundreds of users feel the need to express their gratefulness, we can still make it sticky and change the title. :)

The main appraisal thread (please post your compliments here) :D

Is that a little warmth that I feel in my heart?
Do I hear the "sound of music" playing in the background?
Perhaps we should all dance around in a big circle...

Nah!!!
You're welcome for the help.
Now, get off me freek!
