Install TO CD?

Is it possible to install Mandrake 10.0 or Red Hat Enterprise Edition to CD?

I have a 240mb hard drive lying around, but don't want to crack the box open to install it (having power supply problems with the only remaining power connector). All I need is FTP ability.

Is it possible to simply make a floppy installation of Linux with ftp on it? I have Red Hat Enterprise Edition on my system currently.

Did you look into something like Knoppix or another live distro?
