need to enable some networking commands

I just installed redhat 9 and I unable use some networking commands. I cannot use arp or ifconfig. I did the basic server installation for RH.

Are you trying those commands as root?

Also, you can run ifconfig by using the full path, /sbin/ifconfig

Yea I tried as root. I see was able to run the ifconfig by doing the complete path. thanks
