i would like to know if there is any version of turbo assembler made by borland or similar syntax assembler.

i need to code in it but not having a computer its pretty hard for me to download tasm on windows each time i have to code sumthin in it.

16 bit or 32 bit code?
You could use NASM it supports both I think.
or FASM too.
